Asset Joins HAA in 2013 Fun Run and Walk Benefiting Camp Hope

Last Saturday, the Houston Apartment Association hosted the second annual HAA Fun Run and Walk benefiting Camp Hope. Camp Hope is transitional housing for vets suffering from post traumatic stress. The Post-Traumatic Stress Foundation of America is the organization building this housing and dedicated to helping affected service men and women.

Many Asset Plus team members volunteered and participated in the event. The Fun Run and Walk raised over $35K for Camp Hope! Below is Blanca Anderson who spent the morning volunteering her innate artistic skills to paint the faces of participants wanting to add a little color to the event!

Our own Barrett Kirk and Tyler Johnson both ran in the event and made HAA headlines by placing 7th and 1st place in the men's division!

In addition to Asset team members participating in the HAA Fun Run fundraiser, Mark Lindley is actively involved in raising money for Camp Hope. He recently participated in a Camp Hope BBQ cook-off and on a regular basis drives his own race car with PTSD Foundation of America and Camp Hope represented on his car.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to Camp Hope and the different causes Asset supports.
